Kiln Park Holiday Centre in South Wales

The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park covers a large beautiful area of South West Wales’ coast and surrounding woods and countryside. And it’s inside this protected region that you’ll find Kiln Park Holiday Centre, nestled between green fields, dense woods and a long sandy beach.

The gates to our caravan park are about a kilometre down the road from the historic Welsh town of Tenby. As you enter you see wild flower meadows and grassy fields to your left, whilst to the right are the big stone arches of the old lime kilns that give our holiday park its name. Spread over a large sprawling area we have holiday homes for sale close to the beach, near our sports and leisure facilities and amongst the trees. It’s a nice choice to have and we really suggest having a good explore around our holiday park before deciding whether or not you could see yourselves buying a static caravan here.

This is a great place to come and enjoy the great outdoors and our range of sports activities will certainly help you and your family keep active on trips to your holiday home. You can make a splash in our indoor and outdoor pools, play tennis on our courts, learn archery, fencing, pool kayaking and much more. And with a thriving Owners’ community and calendar full of different events, including parties and experience days you really are spoilt for choice.

Why choose Kiln Park?

We find that people buy a caravan holiday home at Kiln Park because they like having a place they can escape to with their families that’s surrounded by nature, and you can’t do much better than picking a place in a National Park!

As well as all the sporty activities we offer here, we also organise walking tours of the surrounding woods with National Park Rangers who will talk about and point out local wildlife as it pops up. We even have Bush Craft sessions where you can learn the essentials of wildness survival.

Just through the trees and across a neighbouring golf course is a short path that’ll lead you onto our long sandy beach. If you want a new holiday home with a great beach then this is it. With well over a mile of soft sandy shore beside a bright blue sea you’ll have no trouble finding a nice quiet spot for a picnic. You can also walk along the beach all the way into Tenby harbour.

Things to do in South Wales

Nearby Tenby is a historic fortified harbour and some of the old walls and fortifications still survive but they strike a bizarre contrast with the colourful, pastel coloured houses of the old town. You can catch boat trips from the harbour out to nearby islands like Caldey, which is home to an active monastery, many species of seabirds and a colony of seals.

A little further away are some attractions that younger family members will love, including Heatherton World of Activities, The Dinosaur Park, Manor House Wildlife Park and Oakwood Theme Park.
